Environment Scans for DJ Dubfire at Met Cloisters
MYND Workshop participated in an innovative project with Volvox Labs (VVOX) to capture the architectural marvel of the Chapter House at The MET Cloisters in New York City. This endeavor was part of a unique initiative to blend the realms of history and cutting-edge technology for a live music set by the renowned electronic music artist, Dubfire.

Leveraging the precision of LiDAR and the detail of Photogrammetry, our team digitized the interior, transforming it into a detailed 3D mesh. This digital twin of the Chapter House served as the foundational element in creating a mixed reality (xR) experience. The 3D model allowed the VVOX team to seamlessly integrate virtual elements with the physical environment, ensuring that the xR effects aligned perfectly with the real-world architecture during the live stream.
